Winter is a featured speaker at numerous federal government agencies and actively leads over 50 retirement seminars per year covering a range of topics from Social Security to Federal Pensions. He has been featured as the financial guest on WUSA9’s, Great Day Washington. He is the host of, “About Federal Benefits” on the DC station, WMAL 105.9, which airs every Saturday at 12 Noon.
Winter received a liberal arts degree from Anderson University before earning a master’s degree from Florida State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Corrie, their two boys, Braxton and Camden, and the family dog, Max. Winter spends his summers listening to Reds’ baseball and loves watching college football in the fall.
